Ingredient: 100% Certified Organic Matcha
Brew guide: Measure approximately ½ teaspoon or 2 bamboo scoops of matcha into matcha bowl. Of course add more if you prefer it stronger. Add roughly 80ml of hot but not boiling water (70°C) and thoroughly whisk with your bamboo whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy. Pour your shot of matcha into your favourite drinking cup or glass and enjoy.
For a Matcha Latte, prepare your milk of choice with the steam wand on a coffee machine, a milk frother or by heating the milk on a stove and pour over your shot of matcha to create a latte. Add pure honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired.
